Characteristics
- Purity
This product, derived from chemically purifeid Si compound (silicon alkoxide), can be used for production of ultrapure quartz glass. Particularly, alkaline metals and alkaline earth metals, which affect the lifetime of quartz glass, can be significantly reduce.

Quartz glass can be manufactured with satisfactory performance in a wide range of wavelengths from UV to IR (titanium-free).
